Terrible experience, one waitress working the entire restaurant. Customers leaving, cold food. Never going there again.

I just moved to Bala and went to the Hook and Ladder for lunch and also went for dinner. The fish and chips are really good!!! I had them both times!!!

I would say this is one of my family’s worse dinning experiences ever, flat pop, poor service and the food was disgusting.
