It has been a long time coming for this review. I have lived in Petrolia for about 4 years now and have been here many times. The ownership is new and I have no problem with this as the food is OK and the same options are available. The problem with the new owners is that they made the mistake of keeping the old waitress from the previous owner I have never dealt with a ruder person in a establishment of any sort as her. Many times I have came in with my kids and have been treated extremely rude not taking my order serving people that have came in after us showing a utter look of disgust when taking our order. Being a trained chef from George brown college in Toronto and having experience with all aspects of the industry this is completely unacceptable if you do not like your job get a new one. The latest incident happened about two weeks ago when my son accidentally spilled his drink on the table after her looking at me struggling to clean it myself she completely walks bye are table looks at the spill and just continued walking. On her way back I ask for some napkins she does not respond! Unacceptable. She walks back bye the table and drops a pile and keeps going.it is unfortunate that this person still works here and I am sure I am not the only one who has complained. My family at least has dinner out once a week and this would be my local choice unfortunately I will never return by choice
