The experience at the OC Night Market in 2014 was unforgettable, with an overwhelming array of food trucks and tantalizing aromas that ignited my appetite. When I discovered the Lobsta Truck, I couldn't resist the crimson beauty of its offerings, and the lobster roll I had was simply the best I've ever tasted, prompting me to indulge in a second without hesitation. Even after trying lobster rolls from various renowned locations, none have come close to matching the incredible flavor and satisfaction of that first bite from the Lobsta Truck, making it a must-try for anyone who loves seafood.

The lobster roll from the Lobsta Truck was absolutely amazing, no doubt about it. I mean, seriously, it was like a flavor explosion in my mouth. But let's talk about the price - it was a bit on the steep side, making me hesitate to order seconds. Despite that, I can't deny that it was hands down the best lunch I've ever had from a food truck. Deliciousness overload!
