Attending movie Mondays under the stars at Segerstrom in Irvine led me to discover some food trucks, including QL Chinese Gourmet. I enjoyed the garlic shrimp bowl, which featured a flavorful combination of shrimp, veggies, and a touch of heat, making it a satisfying twist on a traditional dish.
