My friend surprised me with some chorizo, salsa, and al pastor, and they were all incredibly delicious - big thanks to Mark! If you're a fan of authentic, homemade chorizo like what your Nanna and Tatta used to make, then you absolutely have to try the chorizo from Northgate, El Super, and Superior markets for an amazing taste experience. Ochoa's is the place to go for chorizo that's not greasy, made with a magical blend of pork and spices that elevates it to a special level - perfect for enjoying on a weekend morning with some fried potatoes and a cold beer while watching football.
