After traveling 3,000 miles for our anniversary, we discovered our reservation had been incorrectly booked for the wrong year by a third party, leaving us devastated. Fortunately, Angie, Acacia, and their manager Jennifer went above and beyond to resolve the issue, showcasing exceptional customer service. Although we had a minor encounter with a roach and a lack of empathy from the front desk, the overall experience was positive, with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location near Disneyland.
