The mini size chicken pí¢tí© chaud I enjoy features a perfect balance of flavors with moist filling and a flaky crust, and while the bí¡nh bao and chả gií² disappoint with their lack of meat, the Vietnamese coffee is strong and flavorful, making this family-run spot a favorite for quick grab-and-go meals in Little Saigon.

I'm obsessed with the mini chicken pate chaud at this little bakery. The pork ones are triangles while the chicken ones are rectangles, making it easy to tell them apart. The filling is just right, not too salty or bland, and the addition of peas keeps it moist. Plus, they're great for a quick grab-and-go snack!
