A pair of the most lovely husband and wife owners have created a lil escape in the heart of a strip mall that you would swear borders the shores of the Mediterranean.
The menu features hands down some of the freshest and flavorful cuisine I’ve ever had–from the chicken, filet skewers and delicious kafta to the Hummus that is HANDS DOWN the best Hummus I’ve ever had, Anywhere!!! They also have a fantastic selection of authentic Mediterranea Wines and Beers that pair perfectly with the cuisine.
This has been corroborated by many a guest that I’ve let in on my little secret from Turkish to Greek to Russian and Italian friends alike.
Ever since I moved a bit farther away from Irvine to Newport Beach I still find myself drawn at least once a month to my favorite gems amidst the hustle and bustle of El Toro. It’s a don’t miss for any foodie and is THE BEST value for quality of food you will find anywhere in the state.
