I've been to the Whale Spout twice when I was passing through Rockaway Beach. The first time was by chance and the second time by choice. Both times I enjoy the quality of the food, the service, a cozy, pleasant atmosphere with a fantastic view of the Pacific Ocean. The folks there are nice and courteous with a great sense of humor. This isn't a large eating establishment with rave reviews...just the humble opinion of a hungry traveler who stumbled onto a quaint little eating place well worth the stop on my trip up the Oregon coast line. Stop in...you won't be disappointed! 5/5 stars and 2 thumbs up!
