Recently went there for lunch (sometime last week), a late lunch that is. I stood at the counter for a while and no one helped me. There was one employee who could see me the entire time, but not once did she acknowledge my presence or attempt to get help, she simply glanced my way once and continued working. I have been there before and remember liking it, but it is important to feel like they want my business and this time was a complete flop. After waiting a while, I simply left and had lunch elsewhere. Not sure I am willing to try again.
