Recently started school in Oregon and had a craving for Pho. I tried a place that surpassed my expectations with their delicious #30 dish, featuring top-tier broth. The beef pho here in Corvallis is simply the best. The owner is incredibly friendly and appreciative, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.
