I went to your location in Orlando this evening, just to pick up a few burgers. I entered the restaurant, said I wanted to place an order and was told that I had to use the app to place an order. No choice to place an order pay cash and leave so I left with nothing and realized after that there was a regular white castle across the parking lot. I think it would’ve been a sound decision for the employees to say to me if you would like to order sir, you could just go across the parking lot. I did not go across the parking lot. I went to the PF Chang’s instead where I was able to place an order and be served in 15 minutes so white castle good luck with your new business model and suck an egg
