This Dunkin has a new manager. The previous manager was fantastic but quit. I asked them to re-do my bagel the way I always order it and the new manager came out and raised her voice in front of the customers and employees and became very rude. This new "manager" has obviously had zero experience or training in dealing with customers or employees. Don't waste your time here
