I had a fantastic dining experience at El Toreo DC with my friend and her husband. The Carne Asada Quesadilla was absolutely delicious, and the margaritas were flavorful as well. The atmosphere was quiet and inviting, though I found it a bit dark, but the attentive service from our waiter Luis and the generous portions made it all worthwhile.

I really like their food but because of the very very very slow service I'm considering going elsewhere
I waited 15 minutes after I asked for my to go box
And have waited 20 minutes for my check
They just need to pay more attention to their customers
