When I moved here in 2015 I found a New York pizza restaurant that made me feel I was back home in Queens. The pies were phenomenal. So it saddens me to say that the last few years it's become hit or miss as to the dough being fresh or slightly old. I imagine the dough is the cheapest part of the pizza but can make or break the quality and taste of a good pizza. I works this review because we are going to be ordering a pizza tonight and I'll let you know which dough we get.
