After enjoying a satisfying lunch, my friends and I decided to treat ourselves to some delicious custard. Opting for the black raspberry flavor, we were instantly won over by its rich and creamy taste. The outdoor seating area provided a lovely setting to enjoy our desserts while soaking up the surroundings. Tristyn, the standout staff member at this particular Rita's location, impressed us with her professionalism and warmth, making our experience all the more memorable.

Eagleview Rita's has certainly been a disappointment lately. The girl couldn't help me with my app that I used last week and had no issues (I purchased 2 gelato's and one ice, all large). The gelato's are more ice than anything else, I got maybe two spoonfuls of custard on the bottom and maybe two and a half on top (definitely not like it use to be). Also if your the first few customers once the store opens the custard has a nasty taste. Don't know what's going on there?? But they are start going to lose customers. Don't have any issues at Downingtown location other than the parking lot.
