The BBQ joint I visited had fast and friendly service, with ample indoor and outdoor seating. The walls were adorned with local Steam-o-Rama and beer memorabilia, creating a cozy atmosphere. As a beer snob, I was pleased with their selection of local craft brews, and the food, particularly the slider trio, was delicious. There was a small hiccup with my order, but it was promptly resolved by the attentive staff.

If I could give this sad excuse of customer service minded place a 0 would. General manager informed Id be able to order 5lbs of pit beef for Saturday. When I called, the nasty, arrogant and rude woman who answered the phone told me no. We do not do that. I said I contacted your site on FB messenger and was rold you could. She said well im sorry but the GM is pulled in so many different directions that she doesnt know what goes on here. Well.....that's obviously not good business. The people you have seeing eye to eye and speaking to clients willing to spend money in your business are atrocious! I was put on hold without anyone saying a word. Then the nasty "Manager" keeps informing me over and over after I was told by the apparent GM who has no clue what goes on in the place of business. I will never recommend, purchase or give and good reviews to your company! Ever! To the GM, I suggest you find employees who will grow your business instead of blame you for being unaware of whats going on and turning money away!
