Tried the bourbon bacon pork fries and smoked Mac n cheese at the Elizabethtown fair. Kids devoured the Mac n cheese before I could even get a bite, so it must have been good. The fries were just as tasty as they sound, loaded with cheese, smoked pork, bacon, and a bourbon sauce on top. The pork was moist and had a nice smoky flavor, making it a satisfying meal from the food truck at Cassel's Vineyard.
