For a truly exceptional dining experience in Berwyn, PA, Will's + Bill's Brewery and Restaurant is a must-visit. Known for its vibrant atmosphere and expertly crafted brews, this establishment also boasts an outstanding seafood selection that is sure to impress any aficionado.
The ambiance at Will's + Bill's is both inviting and stylish, perfect for any occasion from a casual meet-up to a celebratory dinner. The decor blends modern and rustic elements, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
The service here is exemplary; the staff is enthusiastic and well-versed in both their craft beer offerings and the extensive menu. They expertly guided us through the seafood options, highlighting the Oysters on the Half, which were fresh, succulent, and served with a zesty mignonette sauce that perfectly accentuated their natural flavors.
Apart from the seafood, a standout dish was the WB's Steakburger, hailed by many as the best in the area. This burger was a masterpiece of flavors and textures, featuring a juicy, perfectly cooked patty, gourmet toppings, and a freshly baked bun that held everything together beautifully.
We also ventured into the dessert section and were delighted by the flourless chocolate brownie, which was as decadent as it was satisfying, pairing beautifully with one of their signature stouts.
Overall, Will's + Bill's is not just a brewery but a culinary gem, especially for those who cherish high-quality seafood and standout burgers.
