While exploring Stroudsburg with my husband, we stumbled upon Manata Grill after our original dining choice was closed. The attentive service and bright atmosphere complemented the excellent food, especially the flavorful house salad vinaigrette and our hearty entrees, with the homemade desserts proving to be a delightful finish to our meal.
