While I'm not a cookie enthusiast myself, I can tell you that pretty much every teenager I know adores them, especially from Hope's Cookies. The gingerbread flavor is like Christmas in a bite, and the service is exceptional, making this local favorite a go-to for both cookies and ice cream.
