I recently dined at an incredible restaurant with exceptional service from our waitress, Madison. The food was outstanding, and we left feeling extremely satisfied. Despite a minor encounter with a rude staff member a few weeks ago, the overall experience was fantastic, and I look forward to returning.

Once again we were disappointed with Thelma's. We waited over 45 minutes for a sandwich. Although, the sandwiches were hot, the fries were a little cold and not nearly the quantity they usually serve. We went last year and ordered two draft beers before ordering our meal. After 20 minutes of waiting for them and not yet having placed are meal order, we left and went some where else. We thought the waitress went home. Its a shame because most of Thelma's issues could be corrected. My husband and I eat out once or twice a week and enjoy the drive to Sharpsville, but we will have a tough time going back there. It is also very dark in the restaurant. Our 1st time there, I couldn't read the menu. Now, we always look for a table with a light, but then the light shines in your face. For a "sports bar" maybe fans enjoy the wait and darkness, for those who want a good meal and good service, I can recommend better restaurants in the area.
