Tucked away in a tiny strip mall, this family-run New American bistro serves up fried eggplant that's perfectly crispy without the grease, and crab cakes that truly let the crab shine without drowning it in fillers. Between the warm, homey vibe, accommodating staff, and desserts that are pure decadence, it's become my go-to for unforgettable meals-just don't blink, or you might miss it!

Would not seat a walk in had 7 reservation and 12 plus empty tables. My assumption is the do not want new customers. Did not even give option to wait for table.

My dining companion and I visited on Friday evening Feb 22,2013. The place was full but the owner managed to find us a table in 5 minutes. She was affable and fun, Our Server, a young fellow from Savannah, Ga. made a recommendation which proved to be terrific.
I had the Chicken parmigiana which was lightly crusted with perfectly spiced bread crumbs, the chicken was done to perfection and plenty of it. It came on a bed a very fine pasta also cooked nicely.A side of mixed vegetable done "al dente" like the pasta finished the platter. It was simply all done well and tasted as it should.
My companion, Boscette, who recommended the place(I was initially not inclined) had sausage, peppers, and butterfly pasta. The sausage was tasty and pasta very good.
I didn't expect to find a gem in Folsom but these people really know how to cook and make you feel at home. What a wonderful surprise (my companion,a native of Delco, will never let me forget).
The ambiance is fine, pricing is very fair, BYOB and service was good considering they were packed.It is easily accessible off the Blue Route or I-95. Do not miss this place
