Their strength is BBQ, with good flavor. The green beans are outstanding. The potato and mac salads are not as flavorful as the area PA Dutch style, and compared to the powerful BBQ flavor, seems tasteless.
We used Muddys for catering twice, both times we were met with a disorganized, forgotten and incorrect items. If you use pick up catering PLEASE allow yourself time and double check everything in your order before leaving their Oley restaurant. They will correct, but they need to work on multitasking and getting the order complete on time and correctly. This is not a reason to avoid this establishment, as they do dream big and have a mission to be as big as they were on rt. 12. These are good intentioned folks, but will need time to perfect their operations.

Very disappointed the last 2 times we ate here. Food was not the same as it was last year....ribs were overcooked, ff soggy and dark in color, and the slaw and tater salad tasted horrible. My friend got some mac salad that was a month old....yuck!
