We just stopped in for To-Go cheesecake slices (2), Willow Grove store. How hard can this be? How may people does it take to place cheesecake slice(s) in a box??? Not one person could complete one simple order and there were at least four (4) workers behind takeout. Never experienced anything like this! I mean the cheesecake was already prepared, just place it in the box! Folks, the cheesecake slices are about $10 per slice!. Hurry it up. Customers shouldn't have to wait forever. I felt like I was literally in the Twilight Zone. Not going back. Next time we'll make our own!!!
