We have been here before, it was okay, so we decided to try it again. Our waitress was so inexperienced, it wasn't even funny. Her personality was dead, didn't give her name, and her service was terrible. First, we got our ice teas, and the plastic glasses were disgustingly grimy with I am sure, plenty of bacteria. We asked for new glasses, and they came out the same. Then we didn't have any napkins or silverware. Our appetizers came out and we had to ask another waiter for them. Our waitress came out and advised that the silverware is in the dishwasher!!?? It finally came out, and the silver wasn't even hot. Our meals came and she forgot my extra guacamole...had to wait more. Food is just okay, but for four of us with no alcohol...was almost $80...no thanks..not again Chili's.
