Just had breakfast at Kathy's after a long hike on the Loyalsock Trail. The pancakes were massive, bacon perfectly crispy, and coffee hit the spot. Can't wait to come back for more post-hike meals. The cozy, 80's themed diner vibe at Kathy's is a must-try for locals and visitors alike.
