I find this location to be hit or miss. Service can be really good or really bad. The food can be cooked properly, or not cooked properly at all. I also find that depending on the day and the server, when ordering the "lunch" version of their meals, you either get the lunch version or the full meal. The consistency is not there. Also, generally speaking, the lighting here is just awful. I think they do that to distract from the fact that they can't cook a steak properly half the time. It's harder to tell if it's undercooked if you can't see it properly!

This was our first time dining at this establishment and it will be our last. The silver was dirty with chunks of food on it and wet wrapped in the napkin. I asked for another set it came out wet and wrapped up again. I ordered a filet, red rock shrimp and corn on the cob. I like my steak med well/well. It came out bloody and way undercooked. I sent it back to have someone come up and ask if I wanted it remade which I said yes. My husband finished his meal and I was still waiting on a remake of my steak 30+mins... The server kept saying it would be right out. The manager came over to ask how everything was after she already had to address the silverware issue. I let her know that I still didn't not have my steak. She explained that she took it off my bill and assumed I didn't want it. So after 45mins of waiting I left without eating dinner and hungry.
