The people are so friendly, but I had a lasagna meal and it sucked. It's embarrassing for an Italian restaurant not able to make a good lasagna meal.

Love the friendly people that work at Napoli's. I had spaghetti, but I know I can make it better and I am not Italian. The desserts are amazing. I would go there for their desserts.

Delicious food, good, friendly service. Haven't found anything yet on menu that I don't like. Food is always good and hot. Service is extremely friendly. Place has good, clean, and comfortable atmosphere.
