I found the General Tso's tofu at Tin Tin in Wilkes Barre to be the most delicious I've ever had. The variety of dishes, such as the pork mixed vegetable lo mian and Szechuan chicken, are all cooked perfectly to suit your taste. The owner is warm and welcoming, making it the best Chinese takeout spot in town.
