Whenever I'm back East, grabbing a cheese steak with sweet peppers is a must! Upper Crust fits the bill. Tasty, not greasy, clean local spot with good service. I had a slice. It was perfection. The kind of thing you taste in the city then long for, try to recapture and are terribly disappointed over and over until you almost give up, but you try once more and there it is!
