There's this cool college bar in town that has decent happy hour deals. They host Friday night trivia with cheap drinks, burgers, and pizza, but it doesn't really get lively until after 11 when more people show up. It's a fun spot with events to attract students, a separate dance floor, and a variety of seating options.
