The restaurant I love in the town offers great customer service and reasonable prices, but be sure to bring cash since they don't accept credit or debit cards. The boba tea they've added to their menu recently is a personal favorite, with a sweetness that sets it apart from other places in the area. The staff is always kind and deserving of generous tips, making it the best dining spot in New Castle, especially for those seeking authentic Chinese flavors in a town with limited options.

Over crowded with decorations and smeared mirrors along with sticky tables and wear and tear on the chairs. Food is 3 stars.
