What a diissapoontment! I ordered a half rack of ribs and they were anything but fall off the bone. They were done so hard that it was even difficult to get a knife between the ribs. This has been the second time that ribs werr over done.. Since we got a take-out near opening time I think they could have been leftover reheated. The taste was good but the meat was hard and tuff. So much for Texas Roadhouse. No more!

Rudest manager ever! Do NOT give them your service!!!! Such a jerk! Refused to deduct our kids coupon. Didn't even try to make the customer happy. We will NEVER return to this location! We will stick to our amazing York location!
