What's the ultimate food truck name, you ask? I'm on a hunt for some good grub, but I'm a no-go on the meat. Maybe if they rolled out a sister truck with a catchy name like "I Smoke My Big Fat Zucchini," I'd be game. Picture it: a sunny Saturday at Clark Park with my little one in tow, grabbing some takeout for the fam. My interest piqued when I spotted a new food truck parked there, dishing out BBQ sandwiches and sides. I sampled The Daisy sandwich with its tasty sauce and coleslaw, while my wife went for the maple bacon grilled cheese. The homemade chips were a hit, but the deviled egg potato salad missed the mark for me. The standout, though? The maple glazed bacon was out of this world. Overall, a solid experience that's worth a second go-round.
