While waiting between trains, I discovered a food truck that specializes in seafood but was surprised by the incredible al pastor burrito I enjoyed, along with their attentive service. Nostalgia washed over me as I reminisced about my weekly visits for mahi tacos in Love Park, and I look forward to savoring their delicious offerings again soon.
