Living in Northern Liberties for two years, I always enjoy this charming spot for breakfast and lunch, where the whitefish salad is simply exceptional. The owners are incredibly friendly, making you feel like family, and their bagels and desserts, especially the tiramisu, are must-tries that keep me coming back.
