Chilkoot’s Restaurant and Barbecue is a locally owned Mom and Pop business in Quakertown, PA. Choose from an array of items on our menu including the locally loved twice baked potato, po’ boy sandwiches, home-made soups, desserts and all kinds of delicious foods such as beef steaks, fried chicken, ribs, pork, catfish and fresh baked in house rolls. We’ve worked hard to match the right cut of meat with the right rub, sauce, and cooking technique. Our proprietary sauces and rubs are lovingly crafted from scratch in our own kitchen. Same goes for our sides. It’s a lot more work to do it this way, but we believe the results are well worth it. Our BBQ meats include Beef Brisket, Baby Back Ribs, and Pulled Pork.

Wife and husband team up and create BBQ and Southern comfort food at its best! Whether it's their perfectly cooked, fall apart in your mouth brisket or their light and crispy batter fried catfish and hush puppies, you can't go wrong! Have a sweet tooth? Finish up with their light yet decadent bread pudding topped in a buttery bourbon sauce. Wow! Still need more? Sunday's ONLY...breakfast is served!
