Fat Salmon has been my go-to sushi restaurant in Philadelphia since its early days. The fresh fish and extensive vegan options keep me coming back, although I've noticed the portion sizes have shrunk while prices have increased. Despite this, the unique rolls and cozy ambiance make each visit enjoyable, and I always look forward to trying new dishes.
