DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. Every single time I have ordered from them they were late by at least 30 minutes on delivery. In one standout delivery, the delivery driver caused a massive delay by completely ignoring the delivery instructions, and then I don't know what they did, but something went very wrong with the bread on both of my items. I tolerated these various shortcomings, but then I had my latest (and final) order. 30 minutes after I placed my order, I went outside to wait for them to arrive. As I walked out the door, my delivery got marked as complete. This was a blatant lie, it took a grand total of 2 hours to get the food I payed for. That entire time I waited outside in the cold rain in the vain hope that the driver was just around the corner. After 90 minutes, I tried to call the store to ask where my food was. After waiting 10 minutes to get through, I asked the person on the phone where the driver was. They put me on hold, and then hung up on me after 5 minutes of silence. I have no way of proving this, but I'm pretty sure they were deliberately ignoring my number when I tried to call them back, given that the call dropped out of nowhere every time after. The food was lukewarm when I finally got it. I've tried to take this up with customer support, but they have yet to respond after 6 days. Don't give your money to a store that displays such utter contempt for their paying customers.
