Mandarin Tang has been open for 24 years. John, the owner, did weekly TV cooking demonstratons in Easton, PA for 7 years. His experience shows; the food here is some of the best--and by far the least expensive--in the area. Ask for a VIP Gold card. It gives you 10% off of your order for dining or takeout.
