When my confirmation never arrived, a quick call to the front desk had Mecchi resolving everything swiftly-he was professional, answered all my questions, and even helped with confirmations for others in my group. Shawn from the night team truly stood out with his warmth and care, turning a tough night around with kindness and excellent service during our late check-in. The room was spacious and quiet with modern touches, the staff like Mary and Dawn were incredibly helpful, and despite a few minor issues, the overall experience was very pleasant and convenient for flying out of Philly.
