The Chinese takeout exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and transparency in food preparation. Watching the gentleman meticulously craft my order behind the clear plexiglass added a sense of authenticity. The sweet and sour shrimp and large vegetable lo mein were both satisfying, ensuring my future visits to this establishment.
