I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that my son and I received today at the Queen Creek Location. He ordered a pizza online and it was suppose to take 20 minutes. He checked in and they told him that it was not ready so he needed to come back in a few minutes. He returned back fifteen minutes later and they could not find his pizza. Another employee accidentally gave it away. They remade the pizzas, but he had to wait almost an hour for only two pizzas. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager and I was told there was no manager, but I could speak to a shift line leader. I agreed and then she told me instead that they were too busy to take my call and to complain online. Then another employee got on the phone and I explained the situation. She was very defensive and said that she already remade the pizzas so there was nothing else she could do, so she hung up on me. I have never had this type of customer service, nor have I ever been hung up on by an employee. I understand that it was busy and the pizza was mistakenly given out. However, I did not deserve that type of treatment. Our family, friends, and l will no longer be using GenoÅ› as our pizza place. I want to go to a place where the employees know how to treat their customers with respect.
