Om Bistro was one of my favorite places since years being purely vegetarian restaurant. Had few bad experiences in past like stale food, bad taste and lack of commitment. Somehow was able to manage because of only restaurant provides 100% vegetarian food. But in last couple of visits, I had very bad experiences. Many times they don't even pick call to take order. You have to go there, order and wait for 30-40 min outside.
The guy at the front needs to learn some basic etiquette on customer service. You may feel like your ordered food is on his mercy. I ordered food today in person as they did not pick call multiple times, he denied for Pizza which I agreed. I was told, rest ordered food will be ready in 25 min. I went out and was waiting in my car. In 25 min, when I came in to pick my order, he told me that my order has not even started and will take another 35-40 min. I lost patience and returned my order. I told this is unaccepted and he reacted as if does not matter and simply returned my order.
I am tired of their poor management and worst workmanship.
