During a recent visit to Hand Cut in Scottsdale, the friendly staff promptly seated us and provided attentive service throughout the evening. The steaks, including the bone-in New York and filet mignon, were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor, complemented by large portions of sides like mashed potatoes, while the modern atmosphere and well-stocked bar added to a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.
