The warm, bustling atmosphere immediately drew me in, filled with the hum of satisfied locals and the aroma of fresh sushi. Every bite of the uncooked rolls and sashimi was a revelation, especially the bluefin cuts that were unbelievably fresh and flavorful. The attentive, knowledgeable staff, along with the owner's passion shining through, made the experience truly memorable and worth every moment.

The service at this restaurant was exceptional! Our server was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. Despite the bustling atmosphere, the warm and cozy ambiance added to the overall charm of the place. I was impressed by the variety of uncooked sushi rolls and fresh sashimi options available, all of which were delicious. The owner, Alex, was friendly and passionate about sushi, offering great recommendations and ensuring a memorable dining experience. I will definitely be returning to this gem of a sushi spot!
