After years in Japan, I finally found the perfect recipe for "yum yum" sauce and it was worth the 45-minute drive from the east valley. The attentive service and enjoyable ambiance made our celebration unforgettable, and the fresh sushi and entertaining hibachi experience were highlights of the evening.
