I had the chance to experience sushi that blew my mind, with fish flown in from around the globe and an open kitchen that was a feast for the eyes as well. Chef Stevie and Blair truly exceeded my expectations, and I left still savoring every delicious bite, especially the incredible steak and shrimp.
