The toasted coconut ice cream at Scoops is absolutely delicious, with a perfect balance and authentic coconut flavor that is a must-try. The service at the shop was excellent, and the employee was both patient and speedy in taking our orders, making our visit enjoyable before heading off to karaoke with friends.
